Your use of Promote Unions website is governed by the policies, terms & conditions described here. By using this website or submitting an order through our e-commerce platform, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, please do not use this website or place an order for our products & services.

Payment Options
We accept all major forms of online payment, i.e., VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Checks, Wire Transfers and company approved Orders on Credit.
All prices on the AgencyGifts.com website are quoted in U.S. currency (USD) and all orders must be transacted in the same.

Prices & Availability
Because of the fast-moving nature of our industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Speak with one of our customer services representatives to get current pricing information when in doubt.

Typographic, Photographic & Technical Errors
Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasional errors & inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. We reserve the right to substitute damaged goods with equivalent items.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Promote Unions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Cancellations
Promote Unions ensures 100% Customer Satisfaction. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests for cancellations, refunds or exchanges – subject to certain limitations.

Returns & Exchanges
Promotional Products are usually not covered by guarantees due to customization, but Promote Unions has changed that.
We accept returns with a written “intent to return” within 7 days of customer(s) receiving the product. Please email: [email protected] with the order number in the subject line and provide a clear explanation for the reason of return (decoration isn’t correct, the product is damaged, etc.) You will be issued an RA form that needs to be completed and included in the return shipment.

Our fault? It’s on us.

If we are at fault in any way, we will refund or exchange 100% of your order.

Not our fault? We’ll work with you.
We don’t usually accept returns when it’s not our fault, but we do know mistakes happen. That’s why we try to accommodate returns or exchanges whenever feasibly possible.
The order must be returned in its entirety in the original packaging it was received in. It must be unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition. If these requirements are not satisfied Promote Unions reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund.

Making Purchases
If you wish to make purchases of products or services described on the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to promoteunions.com will be accurate, complete and current.
