This jacket is 100% oxford polyester with windproof & waterproof 2000 mm coating and lining. Taped seams and double needle stitching add to the waterproof and durable construction. Two inch wide 3M? Scotchlite reflective material is on the front, back, and sleeves. The Lime Green and Lime Green/Black are approved ANSI 107-2010 Class III (Royal is not ANSI rated).
